My journey

From traditional medicine to holistic healing, empathy is at the heart of everything I do.

My connection to the esoteric began early. Rooted in Eastern European Roma lineage on my father’s side, spirituality, intuition and a respect for ancestral traditions have always lived within me. While still at primary school, I was drawn to books on mysticism and Tarot. This nurtured a curiosity that felt both natural and deeply familiar. I was 13 years old when I purchased my first Tarot deck, the ancient Tarot de Marseillle, on a school exchange trip to France. Little did I know that this would become a pivotal moment in my life, and become a defining thread in my life’s path. Tarot was never something I simply learned – it was something I came to embody – an archetypal language I have been in a relationship with for most of my life.

A decade later, I was working in the NHS as a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife, roles I found extremely fulfilling for over 15 years. Supporting people through some of life’s most vulnerable and transformative moments was an honour, and one I carry with me still. Yet there was always a quiet tension between my professional world and the deeper, spiritual calling I felt within. A sense that I wasn’t fully living in alignment with my truth. After the birth of my children and some time away from being a clinician, I was drawn to a new path involving a more holistic approach to health and well-being, transitioning to become a Yoga Teacher.

This journey profoundly deepened my spiritual connection and sense of purpose. As I began teaching, it became clear that I was naturally drawing a community of like-minded souls – those seeking not just movement, but meaning, connection, and something more. In 2023, I bought this vision to life by creating my own holistic studio in rural Northamptonshire. The Sanctuary, Twywell is a nurturing, serene space offering Yoga, Sound Baths, Reiki, Meditation, Cacao Circle, Breathwork, Curated Crystals, Kirtan and of course, Tarot.

Although I have worked with Tarot for well over 3 decades, it is my lived experience that has deepened my intuitive, embodied and archetypal approach. Today, I live and work in full alignment with who I am, guiding others with honesty, warmth and grounded spirituality. I invite you to step into this space, to feel held within a supportive community, and to experience Tarot as a powerful archetypal tool for empowerment – offering clarity, guidance and deep validation of your own journey.
